Vaginoplasty

Vaginoplasty
The latin-based vagina word that we can define as the female sexual organ means 'sheath' in our language, also called 'uterus' among the people. We call it 'vaginoplasty' to narrow the vagina by interfering with the muscular and mucosal tissues of the vaginal vagina. Vaginal narrowing can be performed surgically or with the laser that has become widespread in recent years, but satisfactory results can not be obtained with a procedure other than narrowing with surgical operation in women who have delivered by normal delivery and have a large amount of enlargement.
How can one understand that a woman needs vaginal narrowing surgery?
Fortunately, nowadays, sexual issues can be talked more easily and get ideas from taboos. This is helping to raise awareness of people towards discovering themselves. Women who are in need of vaginoplasty may have an orgasmic orgasmic strength during sexual intercourse, an abnormal disturbing voice that resembles the voice of gas during sexual intercourse, a woman partner may not have sexual intercourse, orgasm problems. The abnormal enlargement of the vagina prevents the stimulation of the 'g' point, which is stimulated by the pressure generated by the female penis entering the vagina, providing a large orgasm. Again with similar effect, the penis will not be formed due to the expanding vagina caused by the feeling of pressure created by the vaginal walls. Problems that arise in sexual life can reach levels that will disturb people's quality of life, affect happiness and dependence in relationships.
The most important cause of abnormal enlargement of the vagina is the normal birth. Excessive sexual intercourse, structural predisposition, recurrent vaginal infections may also cause abnormal enlargement of the vagina. This problem may occur in women of all ages who are sexually active.
Vaginoplasty surgery can be performed with general or local anesthesia. In women who have not delivered, local anesthesia may be preferred in cases where the vaginal opening is too narrow, but general anesthesia should be preferred in order to make both the comfort of the patient and the procedure more detailed in the further cases that should be narrowed along the vagina.
During surgery, vaginal mucosal tissues are removed and the loosened pelvic floor and perineal muscles are tightened, which makes the vagina more functional.
Oral pain killer is usually sufficient for the first few days after vaginoplasty surgery. It is okay to take a shower after the procedure but you have to wait at least 10 days to get protected from the infections to enter the pool and the sea. After the procedure, 6 weeks should be waited to start sexual intercourse. Depending on the pain threshold of the person, this can be converted into normal daily life or working life 2-3 days after the operation.
